Ever since the rise of popularity in glowy complexions I have managed to include more and more products with this finish in my collection. I recently tried a few things that have become my staples for a very glowy makeup look.

Not only have I been loving a dewy skin but also a natural look and minimal effort when it comes to doing my makeup. Yes, of course I still enjoy caking it up on the weekend nights out but reality is that I now prefer more practical methods and efficiency is my priority.

A Korean foundation for glowy skin? Predictable, I know. I received the Missha Magic Cushion foundation a while ago from a local store as a gift and I have not put it down since the first time I wore it. This cushion compact has everything I look for in an every day base: Medium (but buildable to full) coverage, SPF 50, a very glowy finish, and a perfect match to my skin tone. The formula blends in very seamlessly to my skin so I even dare to skip primer. Due to its buildable capacity, I use my finger to dab it onto blemishes and under eye area to work as a concealer. The only con is that it might crease on my bags but I'm ok with a bit of powder there.
¿Una base Coreana para piel luminosa? Predecible, lo sé. Recibí el Magic Cushion de Missha de KB Skincare hace poco como regalo y no lo he dejado desde la primera vez que lo usé. Este cushion compacto tiene todo lo que busco en una base de diario: cobertura media (pero construible a alta), FPS 50, un acabado muy luminoso y un equivalente perfecto a mi tono de piel. La fórmula se mezcla con mi piel tan suavemente que hasta me atrevo a no usar primer. Debido a su capacidad de ganar cobertura con capas, uso mi dedo ligeramente sobre imperfecciones y debajo de los ojos como corrector. El único con es que puede migrar un poco el producto en mis ojeras pero no tengo problema con aplicar un poco de polvo ahí.

I don't remember the first time that I saw the RMS Beauty Signature Set: Mod Collection on Instagram but I kept my eye on it since that moment. I finally got mine from Beauty Bay a few weeks ago and I have to say, it is so worth it. I am even considering getting the other set just have a bit more variety. This product is incredible, textures are very smooth and the color payoff is strong, even though they are creams they stay put well for hours. The top two shades I like to wear as highlight and apply a bit to my lids for a wet look, and boy, it is shiny! The bottom shades can be used on lips and cheeks I only wear them as blush (and yes, as eyeshadow too!) and finish it off with the balm on my lips. This palette is very versatile and can be worn on any part of the face—efficiency, remember?
No recuerdo la primera vez que vi el Signature Set: Mod Collection de RMS Beauty en Instagram pero siempre mantuve la mira en él desde ese momento. Finalmente conseguí el mío en Beauty Bay hace unas semanas y debo decir, vale la pena. Incluso estoy considerando comprar el otro set solo para tener algo de variedad. Este producto es increíble, las texturas son muy suaves y la pigmentación es fuerte, a pesar de ser cremosos se mantienen en su lugar por horas. Los dos tonos de arriba los mezclo para iluminador y pongo un poco en mis párpados para efecto húmedo, ¡y vaya que brilla! Los tonos de abajo pueden usarse en labios y mejillas pero to sólo los uso como rubor (y sí, ¡también como sombra!) y termino con el bálsamo en los labios. Esta paleta es muy versátil y puede usarse en cualquier parte del rostro—eficiencia, ¿recuerdan?
This is not a new product to me but the Lancôme Juicy Shakers are one of my most worn lip products of all times. They leave a glossy appearance to the lips with a pretty decent pigmentation and they are super comfortable to wear and easy to reapply. The shade Piece Of Cake is a creamy pink that looks a bit like my natural lip color, so it makes is easy to pair with any look. The formula combines the actual pigment with a light oil that hydrates the lips and wears off naturally. You can apply a few more layers to intensify the color but I prefer to wear them with just one swipe. It might be a bold statement but I'm pretty sure this is my favorite product from the entire Lancôme brand (with Monsieur Big on the second place, for sure).
Este no es un producto nuevo para mí pero los Juicy Shakers de Lancôme son uno de los productos de labios de más uso en todos los tiempos. Dejan una apariencia jugosa en los labios con una pigmentación bastante decente y son súper cómodos de usar y fáciles de reaplicar. El tono Piece Of Cake es un rosa cremoso que se parece un poco al color natural de mis labios, haciéndolo fácil de combinar con cualquier maquillaje. La fórmula mezcla el pigmento con un aceite ligero que hidrata los labios y se difumina naturalmente. Puedes aplicar más capas para más intensidad en el color pero yo prefiero usarlo solo con una pasada. Puede sonar exagerado pero estoy muy segura de que este es mi producto favorito de toda la marca Lancôme (con Monsieur Big en segundo lugar, por supuesto).
