This week's mani wasn't supposed to look anything like this. After going through my nail polishes and changing storage I discovered a mini sized glitter polish that just claimed to be used. I had just painted my nails earlier in the day with the base color so I started to add the silver glitter to play and ended up loving it!
El mani de esta semana no se suponía verse así. Después de ver todos mis esmaltes al cambiarlos de lugar para guardar, descubrí un esmalte miniatura de diamantina que aclamaba ser usado. Apenas me había pintado las uñas poco antes en el día del color de base, así que sólo comencé a agregar la diamantina plateada para jugar ¡y terminé encantada!
Glitter ombré is probably one of my favorite type of nail art styles. To achieve this you only need to do a couple of strokes with the brush, just make sure that you take most of the product off so that it gradually puts color on your nails. I did three times this process, each time concentrating more on the tips. I used Incognito In Sausalito by OPI as my base and a silver glitter nail polish from Color Club for the gradient, it doesn't have a name but it was from a really old set of four mini bottles, including the top coat pictured above.
El ombré de diamantina es probablemente mi tipo de arte de uñas favorito. Para crear este estilo, sólo necesitas hacer unas cuantas pinceladas con la brocha, asegúrate de quitarle casi todo el producto para que añada color a tus uñas de manera gradual. Yo hice este proceso tres veces, cada vez concentrándome más en las puntas. Usé Incognito In Sausalito de OPI como ni base y un esmalte de diamantina plateada de Color Club para el degradado, no tiene nombre pero es de un set muy viejo que venía con cuatro botellitas, incluyendo la capa transparente que sale en la foto.
