The Me-Time Tag

I was tagged by fellow blogger Lindsay from Have A Parade to do the Me-Time tag. Even though it's more likely to have a relaxed sunday, I actually just had my free time today (monday), so here it is! Make sure you check out Lindsay's post too and the one originally made by Estée and Amelia.

1. What do you watch or read during me-time? ¿Qué ves o lees en tu me-time?

Sometimes I prefer to catch up on my YouTube subscriptions and do my nails while watching videos. Right now I'm reading Girl, Interrupted (yes, way too late on that one) but I switch it for the Bobbi Brown Makeup Manual for my chilled reads. 

A veces prefiero ponerme al corriente con mis suscripciones de YouTube y pintarme las uñas mientras veo videos. Por ahora estoy leyendo Girl, Interrupted (sí, muy tarde en eso) pero para mis lecturas relajadas lo cambio por el Makeup Manual de Bobbi Brown. 

2. What do you wear during me-time? ¿Qué usas durante tu me-time?

Comfy all the way: oversized sweatshirt and my oldest Zara leggings, they actually feel like pajamas, that's why I love them. 

Cómoda para todo: una sudadera grande y mis leggings más viejos de Zara, de hecho me quedan como piyama, por eso los amo. 

3. What are your me-time beauty products? ¿Cuáles son tus productos de belleza de me-time?

If I'm having time for myself, I'm going to take care of things that I don't do daily. I love to take a hot shower and exfoliate my face to get rid of dead skin. For my body, I use the CandY En Mi Piel Coffee Body Scrub, it's a 100% natural Mexican brand, they have four scents but my favorite one is Lavender. After all the scrubbing, the oils leave my skin really smooth but I also like to apply moisturizer after I wash it off. I'm currently loving Ellovi Butter, it's super creamy and it's made with only six natural ingredients, as well as their lip balm. For my hair, I like to use argan oil to my ends and massage a little bit on the rest of my head too. 

Si estoy teniendo tiempo para mí, voy a ocuparme de cosas que no hago diariamente. Me gusta tomar una regadera caliente y exfoliar mi rostro para deshacerme de la piel muerta. Para mi cuerpo, uso el coffee body scrub de CandY En Mi Piel, es una marca Mexicana 100% natural, hay cuatro esencias pero mi favorita es Lavanda. Después de exfoliarme, los aceites dejan mi piel realmente tersa pero también me gusta aplicarme crema para el cuerpo después de lavarlo. Últimamente he usado mucho Ellovi Butter, es súper cremosa y está hecha con sólo seis ingredientes naturales, asó como su bálsamo de labios. Para mi cabello, me gusta usar aceite de argán en las puntas y masagear la cabeza con un poco más también.

4. Current favorite nail polish? ¿Esmalte favorito del momento?
I've been obsessed with the Color Club collections lately, specially Halo Hues and Cookies And Cream, but my favorite nail polish at the moment is Tribe And True from their Safari Garden collection. Another favorite of mine is Seduce Me by China Glaze, I've had this one for ages but it's one of those nail polishes that I only wear around this time, it's like a berry-purple-red kind of color. 
He estado obsesionada con las colecciones de Color Club últimamente, en especial Halo Hues y Cookies And Cream, pero mi esmalte favorito del momento es Tribe And True de la colección Safari Garden. Otro de mis favoritos es Seduce Me de China Glaze, lo he tenido por años pero es de esos colores que sólo uso en estas épocas del año, es como un tono arándano-morado-rojo. 


5. What do you eat or drink during me-time? ¿Qué comes o bebes en tu me-time?
I'm a major coffee drinker, I love to have a big warm cup and fill 2/3 of it with coconut flavored soy milk. I also like to have a Quaker strawberry Stila bar with as an afternoon snack. 
Soy una gran bebedora de café, me encanta hacerme una enorme taza caliente y llenar 2/3 con leche de soya con sabor a coco. También me gusta acompañarlo con una barra de fresa Stila de Quaker como snack en las tardes. 


6. Current favorite candle? ¿Vela favorita del momento?
I'm really late on Holiday candles but I got one from Michael's a couple of days ago and I've been burning it, it has a sugar cookie scent so it still has a winter vibe. 
Voy muy tarde en las velas Navideñas pero hace unos días compré una en Michael's y es la que he quemado, tiene un olor a galleta de azúcar, así que aún tiene una vibra invernal. 


7. Do you ever have outdoor me-time? ¿Tienes alguna actividad exterior favorita?
I hardly ever go out alone, I love going to Starbucks or local cafés to have a nice drink and chat with friends. One thing I do enjoy doing alone is shopping but I don't think it covers the relaxing mood of a me-time activity. 
Casi nunca salgo sola, me gusta ir a Starbucks o a cafeterías locales para tomarme una buena bebida y charlar con amigos. Algo que sí me gusta hacer sola es ir de compras pero no creo que cubra el ánimo relajado de una actividad de me-time. 


8. Would you ever go see a movie alone? ¿Irías a ver una película sola?
Never! I don't really like going to the movie theatre in the first place, unless it's a movie that I really want to see before it comes out on dvd or Netflix. I do enjoy going with other people but it's never my top-of-the-list thing I like to do at all. 
¡Jamás! Ni siquiera me gusta ir a los cines en primer lugar, al menos de que sea una película que de verdad quiero ver antes de que salga en dvd o Netflix. Sí me gusta ir con más personas pero nunca es mi actividad primordial de lo que quiero hacer. 


9. Favorite online shop? ¿Tienda en línea favorita?
I'm not a big online shopper unless it's about SheInside and Zara, I order a lot of things from those two all the time. Similar stores are Romwe and Choies, although not my favorite ones. 
No soy una gran compradora en línea al menos de que se trate de SheInside y Zara, ordeno muchas cosas de esos dos todo el tiempo. Tiendas similares son Romwe y Choies, aunque no mis favoritas. 


10. Anything to add? What else do you do during me-time? ¿Algo que quieras agregar, qué más haces en tu me-time?
I wear contacts all day so I like to put my big glasses on and feel free rub my eyes without having to worry about the contacts moving around or my makeup smudging all over my face. 
Uso lentes de contacto todo el tiempo, así que me gusta ponerme mis lentes grandes y tallarme los ojos con libertad sin preocuparme de que los lentes de contacto se muevan o que mi maquillaje se embarre en mi cara.
