When it comes to nails I prefer something quite laid back, mostly nude colors or really dark ones that look almost like black. I recently got inspired by a few nail designs I kept seeing on Pinterest and did a little nail art using loose glitter and a lot of patience.
Cuando se trata de uñas prefiero algo súper relajado, casi siempre tonos nude o unos muy obscuros que casi parecen negro. Recientemente me inspiré con unos diseños de uñas que vi en Pinterest y me hice un pequeño nail art usando brillantina suelta y mucha paciencia.
It looks like too much but it was actually very easy, although it took me some time, especially because I'm not very used to work with loose glitter and decorative elements on my nails. To start I used the Seche Clear Crystal Clear Base Coat and went on with only one coat of the Nina Ultra Pro French Pink to lightly tint the nails. Once it was dry, I applied a bit of my Mark by Avon Gel Finish Top Coat to the tips where I wanted the glitter. I used this pinky purple loose glitter by Color Club and dusted it over the nail by picking it up with a synthetic brush. I tried to concentrate more on the very tip and gradually drop less glitter as I went inwards to the nail bed.
After it dried I applied a bit of top coat again and used a bigger glitter in pink circles by Nailway. I picked up one by one with a nail dotter to place them where I wanted, this way I got more control of the gradient and sizes of the bigger chunks. I also dusted a bit more of the other glitter to fill in the gaps and give it some extra sparkle. Lastly I went on with a thick layer of top coat and waited until it was completely dry, which actually took a while.
Parece que fue mucho pero en realidad fue muy fácil, aunque me tomó bastante tiempo, en especial porque no estoy acostumbrada a trabajar con glitter suelto y cosas para decorar las uñas. Para empezar usé la Base Coat Seche Clear Crystal Clear y después pasé una capa de French Pink de Nina Ultra Pro para entintar ligeramente las uñas. Una vez que se secó, puse un poco de mi Gel Finish Top Coat de Mark by Avon en la punta de las uñas donde quería la diamantina. Usé primero este glitter suelto rosa morado de Color Club y lo espolvoreé por encima de la uña usando una brocha sintética. Traté de concentrarme más en la mera punta y gradualmente soltar menos glitter a medida que me acercaba a la cutícula.
Después de que se secó apliqué un poco de top coat otra vez y usé una diamantina más grande en círculos de Nailway. Tomé de uno en uno usando un puntero de uñas para colocarlos donde yo quisiera, de esta manera tenía más control del degradado y los tamaños del glitter grande. También espolvoreé un poco del glitter anterior para rellenar los huecos y darle un toque de brillo extra. Por último apliqué una capa gruesa de top coat y me esperé a que se secara por completo, lo cual tomó bastante tiempo.
