I had been seeing the new Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipsticks on Instagram a lot lately, so when this package came at my door I was more than excited. I tried them out for a few days and got a little review and try-on for you.

These are, in fact, very long-wearing and waterproof. Especially the brown shade 1993 which is my favorite out of these four. The packaging feels very lightweight and the applicator has a very unique shape that lets you get into the corners of the mouth for a precise application. None of them have a scent.
Estos son, de hecho, muy duraderos y a prueba de agua. En especial el tono café 1993 que es mi favorito de estos cuatro. El empaque se siente muy ligero y el aplicador tiene una forma muy única que deja meterte en las orillas de la boca para una aplicación precisa. Ninguno de ellos tiene aroma.

This is a comfort matte formula and the color is beautiful. It looks a bit dull on the tube but once I applied it, it looked more like a rich red with a little cherry tone in it. This type of red is my favorite one to wear. The color glides on very easily and has a strong pigmentation, this is basically all you need in a classic red shade.
Esta es una fórmula comfort matte y el color está hermoso. Se ve un poquito apagado en el tubo pero cuando lo apliqué, pareció más como un rojo vivo con un tono cereza. Este tipo de rojo es mi favorito para usar. El color se resbala con mucha facilidad y tiene una pigmentación intensa, este es básicamente todo lo que necesitas en un labial rojo clásico.
Big Bang
As much as I wanted to love this lipstick I just couldn't. The color is a bright pink with a metallized formula, which means it has a lot of tiny little shimmery bits in it. For some reason it didn't sit right on my lips and just looked like a chunky mess. The best thing for me would be wearing a cream lipstick underneath and then apply a bit of Big Bang on top with a brush to spread it out evenly.
Por más que quise amar este labial simplemente no pude. El color es un rosa vivo con acabado metalizado, lo que significa que tiene muchos pequeños pedacitos de brillo en él. Por alguna razón no se sentaba bien en mis labios y sólo parecía un desastre de grumos. Lo mejor para mí sería usar un labial cremoso abajo y después aplicar un poco de Big Bang encima con una brocha para esparcirlo de manera uniforme.
Tryst
Unlike the one above, Tryst is actually a comfort matte formula but it also has a few amount of shimmer in it. It's a very pretty coral shade, luckily I have been a lot into coral lips lately. This one also glides on easily and stays put for a long time, but there is one concern: the glitter. Those tiny little specs make the formula chunky on the inside borders of my lips and make them look a little chapped. Again, I might need a color base to avoid applying this lipstick on that area.
A diferencia del anterior, Tryst es una fórmula comfort matte pero también tiene un poco de brillo en él. Es un color coral muy lindo, por suerte he andado muy fanática de los labios corales últimamente. Este también se pasa por los labios rápido y se queda puesto por un largo tiempo, pero hay un problema: el brillo. Esos pequeños pedacitos de diamantina hacen la fórmula grumosa en las orillas interiores de mis labios y los hacen parecer partidos. 1993
Last but not least, my favorite color out of these. This is also a comfort matte formula and the color is gorgeous. Like the name suggests, it's the perfect old-school brown shade. It's feels nice on the lips, just like I described 714. Somehow I felt that it took a bit longer to dry unlike the others but aside from that it stayed put for a very long time and didn't chap or looked uneven.
Por último, mi favorito de todos estos. Este también es una fórmula comfort matte y el color está hermoso. Como el nombre lo sugiere, es el clásico marrón noventero. Se siente muy bien en los labios, justo como describí 714. Por alguna razón sentí que se tardó un poco más en secar que los otros, pero fuera de eso se quedó puesto por un largo tiempo y no se partió ni se veía disparejo.
