Going Nude

Winter is on its way out and I couldn't be happier, I can't stand the slightest drop on temperature. I've switched my weekend lipsticks from bold and berry tones to the most comfortable nude and wearable shades. I'm sharing my favorite with you today.  

El invierno por fin va de salida y no podría estar más feliz, no soporto ni el menor cambio de temperatura. He cambiado mis labiales de fin de semana de ser tonos obscuros y ciruela por unos más cómodos para diario como los tonos piel. Hoy les comparto mis favoritos. 

Clinique Pop Matte Lip Colour + Primer in Blushing Pop. 

This matte lipstick has a hint of pink with a very natural finish like all the ones in the Pop range. I like it for every day use because it glides on easily. 

Este labial matte tiene un toque de rosa con un acabado muy natural como todos los de la gama Pop. Me gusta para uso diario porque se resbala con facilidad. 

Maybelline Color Sensational The Buffs in Truffle Tease. 

If my makeup is less pinky, I tend to go for this one. It has a more beige tone to it and goes with any sort of look. It's also very easy to reapply and the color payoff is good. 

Si mi maquillaje no está tan rosa, tiendo a usar este. Tiene un tono más beige y va con todo tipo de look. También es fácil de re-aplicar y la intensidad del color es buena. 

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Ashton. 

This is quite a bold one for a nude lipstick but I love the caramel tone of it. I wear this one exclusively for nights out and it lasts for hours. It pairs up with my usual going-out makeup, which is brown smokey eyes. 

Este es un labial muy intenso para ser carne pero me gusta el tono caramelo que tiene. Uso este exclusivamente para salir por las noches y dura por horas. Combina muy bien con mi look de salir, el cual es normalmente un smokey eye café. 

YSL Rouge Volupté Shine in Nude In Private. 

A sheer pinky lipstick that makes it the perfect every day color to grab and go. It's also great for no-makeup looks as a you-lips-but-better type of shade. 

Un labial suave rosita que lo hace perfecto para ser el tono de diario y llevarlo contigo. También funciona bien con un maquillaje natural por ser de los colores que se parecen al de tus labios. 

Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick in Nude Thrill.  

It seems a lot to me like the Clinique Pop one but with a more intense pigmentation and a slightly more yellow undertone. It's a lot more creamy because of the liquid formula but it lasts just as long. 

Para mí se parece mucho al de Clinique Pop pero con una pigmentación más intensa y un poco más de tono amarillo. Es mucho más cremoso por la fórmula en líquido pero dura lo mismo. 

Rodial XXL Lip Liner in Nude. 

If I ever need to line my lips I only this one because it goes with every nude lipstick ever. The color by itself is also very natural, a warm browny pink that looks great with bold smokey eyes. 

Si alguna vez necesito delinear mis labios sólo uso este porque va con todo tipo de tono carne. El color por sí solo es muy natural, un rosa marrón cálido que se ve muy bien con ojos ahumados. 

NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Isola Bella.  

Lately I've been wearing a lot this one for day and night. Mostly because the yellow undertones make it go with any look and the fact that it is a pencil makes it easy to carry around and re-apply. 

Últimamente he estado usando este mucho para el día y la noche. En su mayoría porque los tonos amarillos lo hacen combinar con cualquier look y el hecho de ser un lápiz lo hace fácil de re-aplicar.
