Pure Lacquer Lips
The color range of the Lacquer Lips is more fun and variated. The formula is very lightweight and has a glossy appearance but doesn't feel like a gloss at all, they actually set. It's basically a normal satin formula that we usually get in a lipstick bar but in liquid form. The color payoff in every single one of them is amazing. I swatched them on my arm to take photos for about 5 minutes and when I tried to wash them off they would live a stain behind, almost impossible to remove!
La gama de colores en los Lacquer Lips es más divertida y variada. La fórmula es muy ligera y tiene una apariencia húmeda pero no se siente como un gloss, de hecho se fijan. Es básicamente una fórmula normal satinada que usualmente encontramos en un labial en barra pero ahora en forma líquida. La pigmentación de todos es increíble. Los probé en mi brazo para tomarles foto por 5 minutos y cuando quise quitármelos me dejaban pigmento en la piel, ¡casi imposibles de quitar!
Unrefined
A pale beige tone, a must-have nude shade.

Pure Velours Lips
These come in more modest shades, wearable for different occasions and, personally, my favorite. One single swipe of these covers the lips perfectly without leaving bare strikes. What surprised me the most is how hydrating they feel, containing Vitamin E to avoid dry lips. They don't set super fast but I think that it has to do with the way they feel afterwards. You can move your mouth in every direction and you won't feel the product crumbling into pieces as you smile. Even though the pigmentation is intense, they don't feel heavy at all, it's like having a bit of normal lipstick on.
Pale Plethora
A light, muted pink shade.

The Lacquer Lips have a doe foot applicator with a very pronounced curve that goes with the shape of the lips, making application more even.
Los Lacquer Lips tienen una punta de esponja como aplicador con una curva muy pronunciada que va con la forma de los labios, haciendo la aplicación más pareja.
The Velours Lips have a pointy doe foot applicator with flat sides and less pronounced curves. This gives you more control with application for a precise outlining of the lips.
Los Velours Lips tienen un aplicador de esponja más puntiagudo de lados planos y con las curvas menos pronunciadas. Esto te da más control en la aplicación para un delineado preciso de los labios.

I swatched some of the light and darkest shades of each formula to show you the pigmentation despite of the color. The lip swatches have no other product than the Pure Lips with only one swipe. You can buy the whole range in two boxes, one for the mattes and another one for the shiny. If you're not into every color you can also purchase each shade separately, all available in the Zoeva Cosmetics website.
Me probé algunos de los tonos claros y obscuros de cada fórmula para mostrarles la pigmentación a pesar del color. Las pruebas de labios no tiene otro producto más que los Pure Lips y sólo una pasada. Pueden comprar toda la gama en dos cajas, una con los matte y otra con los brillantes.
