These past few days I've been trying out new beauty-related bits, one of them had been on my wish list for a very long time. Today I'm sharing that with you, plus the usual sunday stroll and brunch at my favorite place.

I was sent these nail polishes from Kuru, a Mexican brand. What I really loved about them was the detail on the polish lids, it's handmade by artisans and Kuru helps them with their job by doing this and little bags to keep them inside. My favorite shades are the red and the lilac ones.
Me enviaron estos esmaltes de Kuru, una marca mexicana. Lo que más me gustó de ellos es el detalle en las tapas de la botella, es hecha a mano por artesanas y Kuru las ayuda con su trabajo al hacer esto y pequeñas bolsitas para guardarlos. Mis favoritos son el rojo y el lila.

And speaking of favorites, it wouldn't be sunday without a stop at my favorite place here. There is just something really cozy about this café that makes me want to go more often as the weather gets colder. It was a chilaquiles with and egg and soy latte kind of day for me (bottom dish are my friend's chicken waffles).
Y hablando de favoritos, no sería domingo sin una parada en mi lugar favorito de aquí. Hay algo que se siente muy acogedor en este café que me hace venir más seguido cuando el clima se pone más frío. Para mí fue un día de chilaquiles con huevo y un latte de soya (el platillo de abajo son los waffles de pollo de mi amigo).
