Lately I've been enjoying the typical "Holiday look", specially on my latest posts. Today's pictorial was inspired again by the season and our favorite lipstick color to wear these days: red. It's a very simple defined eye makeup that suits everyone and doesn't take much time.
Últimamente me ha gustado el típico "look Navideño", en especial en mis publicaciones anteriores. El pictorial fue inspirado otra vez por la temporada y nuestro color de labios favorito de estos días: el rojo. Es un maquillaje de ojos muy simple y definido que le queda a todos y no toma mucho tiempo.
STEPS:
1. Prime your eyes and add a light shimmery champagne color to your eyelids.
2. With a small brush, sweep a brown eyeshadow on the outer third of your bottom lash line and flick it slightly outwards.
3. To do a winged eyeliner (tutorial here), draw a line starting from the end of your lower lashes and follow the line of the flick you created in the step before.
4. Coming from the end of the previous line, drag the liner inwards to create a triangle as your wing, stopping in the middle part of the lid.
5. Line the rest of your eyes with a thin line that connects to the one before. You can go a little further into the inner corner for extra drama and fill the inner rims of your eyes.
6. Using the same brown eyeshadow on the little brush, deepen your eyes by applying the color across your crease, make sure you blend it and reapply if you want more intensity.
7. Complete the rest of the lower lash line with a gold eyeshadow and take it to the inner corner too. You can add more of the light champagne eyeshadow in case it got blended out too much.
8. Curl your lashes and add a lot of black mascara, falsies would look great with this look.
PASOS:
1. Aplica primer en tus ojos y agrega una sombra champaña clara que sea brillante en tus párpados.
2. Con una brocha pequeña, pasa una sombra café en el tercio exterior de la parte de abajo de tus ojos y levántala hacia afuera un poco.
3. Para hacer el delineador de ala (tutorial aquí), dibuja una línea desde el final de tus pestañas inferiores y sigue la línea de la sombra que aplicaste anteriormente.
4. Viniendo desde el final de la línea anterior, arrástrala hacia adentro hasta la mitad del párpado, creando un triángulo como el ala.
5. Delinea el resto de los ojos con una línea delgada que se conecte a la anterior. Puedes irte un poco más hacia adentro del lagrimal para agregar drama y también rellenar la parte interior de los ojos.
6. Usando la misma sombra café en la brocha pequeña, dale profundidad a tus ojos aplicando el color a la cuenca de los ojos, asegúrate de difuminarla bien y volver a aplicar si quieres más intensidad.
7. Completa el resto de la parte inferior de los ojos con una sombra dorada y aplícala también en la orilla interna de los ojos. Puedes agregar más de la sombra champaña en caso de que la difuminaras de más.
8. Riza tus pestañas y agrega mucha máscara negra, unas pestañas falsas se verían muy bien con este look.
