Yes, another Zoeva palette in this blog. This time we're talking about the Café Palette that was released a few months ago. I finally got to play around with it and came up with three different looks that you can create with this beautiful mix of warm and cozy colors.
Sí, otra paleta de Zoeva en este blog. Esta vez estamos hablando de la Paleta Café que fue lanzada hace unos meses. Finalmente pude jugar con ella e hice tres looks que puedes crear con esta linda mezcla de tonos cálidos y reconfortantes.
The Zoeva Café Palette consists of 10 eyeshadows inspired by the colors of coffee, all warm tones and a few pops of green to add contrast. This palette was released in the Fall, which I can totally see in the mix of colors. Just like every other Zoeva Palette, there's a mix of metallic and matte shades with great pigmentation and smooth texture.
La Paleta Café de Zoeva consiste en 10 sombras inspiradas por los colores del café, todos en tonos cálidos y algunas en verde para agregar contraste. Esta paleta fue lanzada en otoño, lo cual puedo ver totalmente en la mezcla de colores. Como cualquier otra paleta de Zoeva, hay una mezcla de sombras en acabado metálico y mate con gran pigmentación y textura suave.
THE LOOKS
The first look is something I would normally do. A classic brown smokey eye using mostly the eyeshadows from the bottom and the nude tones from the top. I used the shade Micro Roasting on the lids as my main color and a tiny bit of Distinct Experience on the centers to bright more light to the eyes.
El primer look es algo que haría normalmente. Un clásico ojo ahumado usando en su mayoría las sombras de la fila de abajo y los tonos carne de arriba. Usé la sombra Micro Roasting en los párpados como mi color principal y un poco de Distinct Experience en el centro para atraer más luz a los ojos.
If you want to go bold with the colorful shades, No Added Spice is the right one for this. This look is basically the same as above but using the green colors in the palette and smoking it out to both sides of the eye, a sort of soft halo effect.
Si quieres hacer algo más intenso, usa las sombras coloridas. No Added Spice es la indicada para esto. Este look es básicamente lo mismo que el anterior pero usando los tonos verdes de la paleta y ahumándolo hacia ambos lados del ojo, algo como un efecto halo suave.
What I like about this palette is that the brown shades have a slight purple tint in them, which is my favorite eyeshadow color. For the third look I mixed as many colors in the palette as I could and created a lot of contrast between the lids and the liner by using Talk Write Read as my lid color and Shine Bright as a wing that comes from the lower lash line and stops at the top outer corner.
Lo que me gusta de esta paleta es que los tonos café tienen un ligero tinte de morado, el cual es mi color de sombra favorito. Para el tercer look mezclé cuantas sombras pude de la paleta y creé mucho contraste entre los párpados y el delineador usando Talk Write Read como mi color de párpado y Shine Bright para el delineado que viene desde el área inferior y termina en la orilla externa de arriba.
