With this year going as fast as it is, I found myself doing this pictorial for a Valentine's Day night out, and there's no other palette more perfect than the Naked 3 for a date like this. Even though it has a soft smokiness, I still find that it has a little more intensity than something you'd like to wear for a date. That being said, this look might be perfect for those who just want to have a fun party in this day.
Con este año pasándose tan rápido como lo hace, me vi haciendo este pictorial para una noche fuera del día de San Valentín, y no hay otra paleta más perfecta que la Naked 3 para una fecha así. A pesar de tener un ahumado suave, aún le encuentro más intensidad que algo que usarías para una cita. Habiendo dicho eso, este look estaría perfecto para quienes sólo quieren una fiesta divertida en este día.
STEPS:
1. Apply a base to your lids and bottom part of the eyes. A pink cream eyeshadow will work perfectly with the next eyeshadows, I used the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Inked In Pink.
2. To blend the edges up to the crease, swipe Limit on the edges of the cream eyeshadow and fade it outwards. You can add a little bit of Nooner to the outer third of the eye for more dimension.
3. With a flat brush, pack Buzz all over the lids, covering the base that we applied first. This will intensify the color of the eyeshadow.
4. To deepen the eyes, apply Darkside in a wedge shape to the outer edges and connect it slightly to the bottom. At this point you might want to use more Limit to blend out harsh lines.
5. Add Liar to the bottom part of your eyes to make it a little more smokey underneath, you can blend out the edges with a little of Limit again.
6. To brighten the inner corners and brow bone, apply Strange to prime the areas and then go on top with a little bit of highlighter. I used my Mary-Lou Manizer from The Balm but Dust will work perfectly as well.
7. Tight line the inner part of your eyes and create a little wing on your liner, I used my MAC Fluidline Gel Liner in Blacktrack. Add a lot of mascara to make your lashes stand out against the liner, I used the Femme Couture Monster Lash XXL mascara.
8. Don't forget to fill in your eyebrows because this totally changes the look.
PASOS:
1. Aplica una base a tus párpados y debajo de los ojos. Una sombra en crema de tono rosa funciona mejor con las siguientes sombras, yo usé Maybelline Color Tattoo en Inked In Pink.
2. Para difuminar la base hacia la cuenca, pasa Limit por la orilla donde acaba la sombra en crema y extiéndela hacia afuera. Puedes agregar un poco de Nooner al tercio exterior para más dimensión.
3. Con una brocha plana, aplica Buzz en todo el párpado, cubriendo la base que aplicamos primero. Esto va a intensificar el color de la sombra.
4. Para darle profundidad a los ojos, usa Darkside en una forma triangular en las orillas externas y conéctala un poco con la parte de abajo de los ojos. A esta altura puede que quieras usar más de Limit para difuminar cualquier línea dura.
5. Agrega Liar en toda la parte de abajo de tus ojos para darle un toque ahumado, puedes difuminar las orillas con un poco de Limit otra vez.
6. Para iluminar el área del lagrimal y debajo de las cejas, aplica Strange como base para ambas partes y después aplica tu iluminador. Yo usé May-Lou Manizer de The Balm pero Dust funcionará igual de bien.
7. Delinea tus ojos por dentro y crea una pequeña ala en la parte de arriba, yo usé Fluidline Gel Liner en Blacktrack de MAC. Agrega mucha máscara para que tus pestañas sobresalgan entre el delineado, yo usé Monster Lash XXL de Femme Couture.
8. No olvides rellenar los espacios de tus cejas porque esto cambia totalmente el look.
